イタリアたびナビは旅行会社ですか？すべての旅行を手配してもらえますか？ 旅行会社ではありません。ミラノ在住のイタリア人による同行サポートサービスです。航空券やホテルなどの手配は行っていませんが、既にあるプランをもとにアドバイスをしたり、一緒に旅行内容を調整することが可能です。
ツアーはありますか？ 現在、決まったツアーの開催はしておりません。イタリアたびナビは、既存ツアーに参加する形式ではなく、お客様ごとのご希望に合わせた個別同行サポートサービスです。
このサービスを利用するメリットは何ですか？ 最大のメリットは、イタリアをよく知る現地のイタリア人でありながら、日本語と日本文化への理解もある私が、一貫してサポートできることです。お問い合わせからご旅行中まで、正式資格を持つ私が直接対応いたします。日本のお客様のご希望やご旅行スタイルを理解したうえでご案内できるため、言葉だけではない、きめ細やかな対応が可能です。現地ならではの情報、効率的な移動方法、継続的なサポートにより、個人旅行でありがちな不安や手間を減らし、ご自身に合ったイタリア旅行をストレスなく楽しんでいただけます。
一人でも利用できますか？ もちろん、お一人様でもご利用いただけます！年齢制限はなく、若い方からシニアの方まで安心してご参加いただけます。
体力に自信がなくても利用できますか？ はい、もちろんご利用いただけます。歩く距離や休憩の回数、移動方法などは、お客様の体力やご希望に合わせて調整可能です。無理のないペースで、安心してイタリア旅行を楽しんでいただけます。
サービスはミラノのみですか？ いいえ、イタリア全土で対応可能です。ご旅行プランに合わせて、各都市で同行サポートを行っております。
いつまでに予約すればよいですか？ 特に決まった期限はございませんが、5〜9月のハイシーズンや人気日程は早めに埋まりやすいため、できるだけお早めのご相談をおすすめしております。また、ご旅行日の3か月以上前にご予約いただいた場合、特別料金をご案内できる場合がございます。ご旅行の計画段階でも構いませんので、どうぞお気軽にお問い合わせください。
支払い方法について教えてください サービス料金は、事前に銀行振込またはクレジットカードにてお支払いいただけます。詳細についてはご予約時にわかりやすくご案内いたしますので、ご安心ください。
美術品や歴史的建造物の解説もサービスに含まれますか？ 含まれていません。イタリアでは法律により、美術品や歴史的建造物の専門的な解説は、公認のガイド資格を持つガイドのみが行うことができます。必要に応じて、公式のガイドを手配することも可能です。

Is Italia Tabinavi a travel agency? No. Italia Tabinavi is not a travel agency. It is a private tour leading and travel coordination service provided by a certified Italian coordinator. I do not book flights or hotels, but I can support and improve your existing travel plans.
Do you offer tours I can join? No fixed tours are offered. All services are fully private and customized for each client.
Can solo travelers use this service? Yes, absolutely. Solo travelers are very welcome, with no age restrictions.
Can the service be adjusted for different physical abilities? Yes. Walking distance, pace, and transportation can all be adapted to your comfort level.
**Is the service available outside Milan? ** Yes. Support is available throughout Italy, according to your itinerary.
How far in advance should I book? Early booking is recommended, especially during peak season (May–September). For early reservations (3+ months in advance), special discounts may be available.
What payment methods do you accept? Payments are accepted via bank transfer or credit card in advance. Full details are provided upon booking.
Does the service include museum or historical explanations? No. In Italy, official explanations of art and historical sites are reserved for licensed guides. However, I can arrange a licensed guide if needed.
